Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is 2pm or anytime after Check out is at 10am, unless organised prior.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes, 1 night security deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, if organised prior with our on-site managers, please contact info@grangewoodcourt.com.au or call the office in advance.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

No as our housekeepers are rostered in advance, however exceptions may be made if organised prior with our on-site managers, please contact info@grangewoodcourt.com.au or call the office in advance.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Upon making a booking and wanting your reservation to be confirmed.

Q: What are the reception hours?

8am till 7pm Monday to Friday 9am till 3pm Saturday to Sunday Managers live on-site and can be contacted outside of these hours.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, all your Gold Coast entertainment can be booked at reception, tour desk facilities are available.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes WiFi access is avialble and free for use for guests during their stay. You will receive details of this upon checking in

Q: What facilities do you have?

Gamesroom, swimming pool, spa, BBQ area within the gardens, private roof top area (with Penthouse rooms) The beach is only a stones throw away, with plenty of restaurants, cafe's and entertainment nearby

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, secure underground carparks are available during your stay, you will be given access at check in

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, linen is provided for all guests.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

At the beginning and end of your stay, extended stays receive a mid-stay clean after each 7 days. Extra cleans can be requested however may incur additional charges.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

The heart of Surfers Paradise is 3 KM's away and accessible via foot by walking the footpath, or beach (25 min), car (5 min) or the Gold Coast light rail (less than 10 min) The epicentre of Broadbeach is a light stroll down the road (4-5 min)

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

More than you could ever fit into 1 stay.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, the Gold Coast light rail is now in operation with a station located around the corner http://ridetheg.com.au/ Bus lines and taxi's also run past frequently

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Beautiful beaches with golden sand, the breath taking Gold Coast hinterland, theme-parks galore, world class shopping, Australian International cuisine, luscious bowling greens .... if you can't find it just ask.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a conviniece store operating late hours across the road, alternatively there is a Woolworths at Oasis shopping cente a few blocks away.
